Judge
First expression
we do judge
but
judging a person badly
It defines who you are.
Everyone is different
meanwhile everyone is imperfect
don't judge because u think
u are the best
Everyone has their own story
Do believe that
the hardship u have been through
they have been through too
Listen, understand, believe
before u know the real them
Before you judge other
look at yourself
Don't think that pretty is everything
Money is powerful
but heart is priceless.
Don't judge a person by his or her past
he or she may not be prefect
that's will they live until now
to prove themselves
they can be awesome but not prefect
We already used to judge people and think that that are all of them.
Do listen , understand and believe in them
before judging a person
U may don't know how good a person can be
and how evil a person he /she is

Tired of everything in my life , cheer or sigh ?
Tired of everything in my life , cheer or sigh ?
相信各位也有这样的情况 吧 ？
先说对不起，最近没有更新 blog
因为
真的好累
但是人生还是这样走下去
时间不会因为我们而停下
人生也不会因为我们的要求而变得 顺顺利利
但 是
我们虽然不能控制时间
但可以自己操控人生
也许 累往往是我们的借口 </3
我累了 ， 太累了
不是懒的话
不是懒的话
其实就是“不想面对”
就如我 最近真的累了
想活在自己的世界
想任用自己的方法
来操控自己的人生
也许 我把自己逼得很紧
学业 交际 友谊 都想维持
但累了
累得不想再面对一切
如果你问我有哭吗？
我很老实说
没有
其实也很想哭 （如果你真的平时用哭来发泄压力，我本人超建议可以那么做）
但哭不出
累了 累得不想哭
只想跑到自己的王国
像只 狮子
操控整个“食物链”
如果说人生一切顺顺利利
我们也许不能体会到 “酸甜苦辣”的滋味
也许我们人生变得如一条直线
又闷又无聊
也许
也是 弯曲的路才是人生
人生并不完美
但你要活的 很完美
笑个吧 哭一下
这是自然反应
不要因为笑一个 而觉得自己很伪装
不要因为哭一下 而觉得自己很丢脸
因为 你就是你
真心地笑 大声地哭
不要感到无奈
只要你
就是你
不是因为别人的眼光
是因为发自内心
就好了
累了 就休息吧
不然 就坚持下去

CONFIDENCE
Confidence = 信心
如何提高信心
1) 不要和别人做比较 ，做回自己 。
2） 放松， 心静自然凉 ， 不要对任何事有压力 。
3）自爱。 每个人都有自己的强项，没有你事情会变成不一样 ，自己很重要。
4）保持乐观的态度，每件事往好的方面想 。
5）做你喜欢的事情 ， 人生短暂，不要浪费体力和精力 在对自己不利的事 。

信心能让你换来满足感 】
不要太过于信心
要好好拿捏自己对每件事的信心
信心 都是从害怕中累积起来
当你有了信心 不可以太过自信
想想当初的初衷
只为了让自己有信心地度过人生
而不是“滥用”自己的信心
去满足自己。
信 = 相“信”自己
心 = “心” 里自我肯定

Behaviour Management = 情绪/脾气管理
脾气 表现出一个人性格
脾气 也能表现出对别人的第一印象
修养 情绪 及脾气
不是每个人能做到的
人生 中 一定有想抓狂的时候
但如果当下直接发脾气的话
那一直的好印象能瞬间毁灭
毁 是一瞬间就可以做到的事
但
情绪管理 是一辈子都在筹备的事
和别人对话的当下
坏脾气须控制
好脾气须展现
我们时常展现我们的坏脾气
给我们 最亲的人
家人 朋友 爱人
你敢承认 你没对他们发脾气过吗 ？
家人 至少可以理解你的心情
但 朋友和爱人则是而外话题了
能珍惜就珍惜 不要等到想要倒退时间的时候
情绪 能不能控制
就要看你自己如何拿捏。

可是我觉得 其实听歌能给人们正能量

PATIENCE (下篇）
PATIENCE 2.0
不知道读者有发现
我的 PATIENCE (上篇 or 下篇） 的 标题 都是以蓝色为主
呵呵 其实蓝色是让心境很舒服的颜色
所以改次 心情不好时 建议看多一点蓝色 :)
进入正题 （paiseh paiseh ^^'')
这篇 就要说人与人之间的耐心
可是面对人 是我人生不喜欢的一件事
为什么我那么说呢 ？ 因为每个人个性不同
要服从每个个性是极度痛苦的地狱。
当然对人有耐心
最先被考验的 就是友谊
你有和别人翻脸过吗 ？
一定有这样的经历吧
为什么呢？ 受不了他/她的性格吗？
大部分都会说是吧 ， 不然就是不信任而决裂（ 本人有经历过当然知道 *哭* )
那你觉得你对他/她的耐心已经到极点了吗？
如果是到极点 那做的好 何必让自己辛苦呢 ：）
如果只是稍微的不能接受 就往开一面
朋友如今难找 所以能忍则忍 吧 。
第二个 就是合作伙伴 。
我曾经做过工 也是职场上遇过不同个性的人
遇过一个极度暴躁的
但也因为他
我学会了耐心
真的当你看到对方是个不耐心并很暴躁的人
我就会看到自己暴躁的一面
所以和自己说
不要和对方一样
如果我们也不耐心和不耐烦
我们的形象也会和他一样 不是吗 ？ :)
自己每个耐心 就等于是每个时机 :D

我说的是 做事的耐心
耐心的做事 等于着用心地做事
每件是都是从难做起
当然我与你都是人
我能体会 放弃的冲动
但是当下冲动 还是想放弃很久了？
做事的冲动 做不了大事
耐心地做事 耐力地做事
至少对得起自己
“耐心” 等于着 耐力和心境
有没有“耐力”坚持下去
有没有乐观的”心境“面对一切困难

FUTURE
如果自己的未来
谁能够肯定
未来一定是美好
前途一片光明？
如果不要让自己后悔
就要知道
自己来决定未来
但未来会是怎样 你要负起一切后果
不管是好 是坏的
至少自己 曾经 决定过
不然 是因为跟朋友
不然 跟家人的意愿
那后悔是自己当初没勇气 决定自己的人生
